The Business Manager International Blog is where you will find regular useful hints and tips on technology, business and managing people.  Over the coming months you can expect to see a series of blog entries ranging from how to get the most out of your website, including:

• Search Engine Optimisation

• Google Analytics

I have created a new support section to the website which includes frequently asked questions and a support ticketing system.  This system will be used to submit support calls for:

• Billing
• Sales
• Technical Support

Over the last 3 months I have put in place a new online billing system for domains and hosting.  Although these are separate billing systems the hosting is utilising a server located in the United States.  This server is very fast and offers much easier configuration of options for our customers.
